Requirements:
10+ years of professional experience in the solar industry. At least 5 years in a senior account management or asset management role supporting TPO residential portfolios. Deep understanding of solar project finance, including Tax Equity structures, PPA/Lease mechanics. High level of comfort discussing solar system architecture and monitoring hardware. Demonstrated experience managing multi-million dollar contracts, enforcing MSAs and SLAs. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
Act as primary owner for national-scale residential solar financiers and O&M providers. Lead, mentor, and scale the Residential Client Success Management (CSM) team. Ensure client portfolios meet performance guarantees and manage financial yield narratives. Identify and execute opportunities for service expansion and upsell within existing major accounts. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and advocate for client-driving features. Enforce Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and manage contractual deliverables and risk.
