Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Ensure quality and consistency across multiple tactics Provide oversight and consultation to Account Managers Act as the in-house client by communicating expectations Act as the Customer Management Office (CMO) liaison Provide invoicing and budget status updates Provide direction and review job scope changes Provide peer-to-peer channel insights and recommendations Drive strategic partnerships with clients Lead and participate in strategic brainstorming and planning Create proposals for projects Partner with finance and project managers in budget development Ensure strategic objectives are met with each client project Support organic growth opportunities Partner with the Project Management team to execute projects Develop and manage project creative briefs and client scope statements Supervise projects to ensure tactical and strategic goals are met Follow all policies, procedures, industry standards, and compliance guidelines Execute client status meetings and prepare materials Monitor overall project scope and communicate scope changes Provide final approval on all deliverables Develop and communicate status reports Monitor and manage project-related risks and issues
