  • Completion of a comprehensive background check following offer of Agreement
  • Valid driverā€™s license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance
  • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams
  • Contact prescribers, caregivers and patients to schedule return services.
  • Accept assignments as necessary, which could include daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
  • Travel to patientā€™s homes, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities to provide retrieval services which may or may not include travel to high-risk areas.
  • Assist patients in packing up the AssureĀ® system and all components.
  • Review and transmit essential paperwork with the patient to retrieve the AssureĀ® garment and WCD system.
  • Manage the return of inventory, including the AssureĀ® system kits, garments, and electronic equipment including the drop off of the AssureĀ® system at a local FedEx or approved Walgreens drop off location.
  • Coordinate and drop off retrieved equipment at Kestra preferred shipping partner(s).
