Medical Education Manager

Advanced scientific degree (MS, DCN, PharmD, PhD, or MD) 5+ years in nutrition science Active RD or RN credential preferred Advanced certifications (CNSC, RD-AP, CSP, CSO, etc.) preferred Experience in KOL management or industry-facing medical/nutrition role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to network and build professional relationships Strong clinical, scientific, and business acumen Proven problem-solving skills and strategic thinking Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Approximately 30% travel required Keen listening skills with effective follow-up ability Advanced proficiency with field medical-related technology and platforms A vehicle maintained in good working order, current driver’s license, and auto insurance Strong commitment to company mission and values

Develop medical education program strategy Identify and engage with nutrition experts, HCPs, and thought leaders Develop and execute KOL medical engagement strategy Partner with MSLs to develop and manage KOL relationships Organize KOL participation in medical advisory boards, conferences, and panels Manage planning, coordination, and execution of KOL medical education programs Participate in medical conferences and scientific events Ensure KOL and MSL activities comply with regulatory requirements Maintain up-to-date documentation and records Monitor trends and emerging research in nutrition
