Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years working directly with Publishers, Affiliates, and/or Advertisers in digital media, performance marketing, or lead generation. Experience managing a direct response portfolio of accounts across various channel types. Demonstrated ability to interpret, diagnose, and act on performance data across KPIs. Advanced communication, negotiation, and upsell skills. Highly proactive, growth-minded, and organized. Experience using performance dashboards for analysis and forecasting.
Responsibilities:
Own, optimize, and expand a portfolio of publisher/affiliate accounts. Manage daily partner needs and drive long-term growth strategies. Execute campaign operations including pacing, budgets, QA, and troubleshooting. Analyze performance data across CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to diagnose trends and improve yield. Drive revenue and margin expansion by scaling partners and upselling opportunities. Maintain documentation and produce structured reporting. Partner with media buying, analytics, creative, and product teams. Lead recurring partner communications to build trust and address issues.
