Own onboarding, support, retention, and ongoing success for all Marketplace partners. Stay up to date with partner products and capabilities. Participate in partner onboarding, including data delivery and API setup. Support Sales, Expansions, and Customer Success teams with Marketplace product inquiries. Ensure legal agreements are submitted and signed. Engage in partner discussions to position the value of the Placer Marketplace. Partner with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and partner responses.
