Requirements:
Fluent, business-level English. At least 1 year working in a fully Remote environment. 1+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, revenue operations, product training, GTM, or another customer-facing function within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. Strong project management capabilities. Experience creating or maintaining training content (product guides, pricing resources, competitive battlecards, playbooks, e-learning modules). Familiarity with modern enablement and learning platforms (e.g., Highspot, Showpad, Docebo, WorkRamp, LMS/LXP solutions, Clari, or Gong).
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and improve training content for sales roles. Support creation and execution of Product, Pricing, Packaging, Partner, and Competitive training programs. Assist with rollout and reinforcement of global revenue enablement initiatives. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Revenue Operations, and Sales. Track, analyze, and report on enablement program effectiveness. Manage training logistics including scheduling and resource organization. Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions.
