5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales leadership, ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology Experience designing and delivering enablement programs for multiple sales roles across regions Proven success partnering with regional sales leadership to align enablement to GTM strategy and performance goals Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, sales application tools, AI enhancements in sales tools and systems Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze adoption, performance, and ROI of enablement programs Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple programs across time zones
