Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry, HR outsourcing, or related services is a plus. Ability to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
