Requirements:
Prior experience in a Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer role. Demonstrable understanding of Salesforce administration and development. Strong presentation and product demonstration skills. Inquisitive, practical and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as business and technical acumen. Experience with DevOps related products, technologies (Preferred). Comfort with learning new technologies (Preferred). Experience with data modelling (Preferred).
Responsibilities:
Partner with Account Executives to understand customer challenges and articulate FLOSUM's value proposition. Run the Technical Fit Process in Sales through discovery calls and reverse demos. Prove customer use cases in product demonstrations and trials. Build credibility with technical champions at prospects and customers. Orchestrate technical validations, POCs, RFIs/RFPs, and Infosec evaluations. Work cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to improve the Flosum Platform.
