Requirements:
Master's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., health economics, health services research, medicine, pharmacy, public health, psychometrics, epidemiology, and decision sciences). 8+ years of relevant experience with emphasis on the pharmaceutical/medical device industry and/or managed care experience. 6+ years of experience in health economics and outcomes research. Demonstrated understanding of US payer policy, US healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and public policy decision-making. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Execute HEOR plan by designing, developing, and completing HEOR-led studies to support commercialization. Lead development of AMCP Dossiers, Budget Impact Models, and economic tools. Collaborate with KOLs on study design and authorship. Support US field team engagement with payers and population health decision makers. Partner with Clinical Development, Evidence Generation, and Statistics on HEOR study design and execution. Conduct HEOR advisory boards and market research. Collaborate on ICER assessments and responses.
