PhD/PsyD in clinical psychology or related fields 8+ years experience researching and evaluating behavioral health outcomes in the eating disorder field Proven track record leading research teams Proven experience driving strategic research roadmaps Experience working with Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) data Experience working with Real-World Data (RWD) sources (e.g., claims, EHR, disease registries) Experience aligning research with business objectives Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities

Identify and establish research priorities Align research priorities with organizational goals Develop and manage a research roadmap Oversee the full research lifecycle (concept to publication) Enhance outcomes measurement and patient outcomes through research Support payor contracting and patient referral efforts with research Elevate Equip's scientific brand Foster collaborative relationships with research universities Maintain awareness of industry trends and literature
