Director, Security Research

7+ years of progressive experience in security, including 5+ years leading security teams or programs Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience Proven ability to design and execute independent research programs and identify novel vulnerabilities Hands-on background in red teaming, offensive security assessments, or exploit development Deep domain expertise across Application Security, Vulnerability Research, Cryptography, Identity, and Access Governance Familiarity with AI security concepts and vectors Strong record of impactful publications, conference presentations, or vulnerability disclosures Exceptional communication skills Experience developing or auditing code in languages such as Go, Ruby on Rails, Python, or shell scripting

Design and drive a security research program Conduct vulnerability research into product, application, and ecosystem vulnerabilities Participate in and lead engagement in standards groups Engage with the broader security community Develop external presence through technical publications and presentations Contribute research to shape internal product direction and security strategy Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams Mentor and develop a high-performing security team
