College degree in a STEM field: e.g. Economics, Actuarial Science, Health Economics, Biostatistics, Health Informatics, Health Services Research. 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience using SQL. Demonstrable track record of building analytics that drive business decisions and actions. Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA), or on the track to become one (bonus).
