Senior Analyst, Medical Economics

Bachelor's Degree. 2-5 years of related analytics or actuarial experience. Proficient with SQL, including joins and temp tables. Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, email). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ensure data integrity throughout the reporting lifecycle. Implement reporting and reconciliation workflows and document processes. Responsible for experience studies and medical trend studies. Run queries and provide analysis on medical cost and utilization drivers. Perform research, data mining, and reporting for internal and external customers. Implement automation of manual reporting and analysis of business implications and trends. Drive continuous improvement in data capabilities and analysis quality.
