5+ years experience in technical enablement, field readiness, or technical program management in SaaS or developer-tools. Background in a customer-facing technical role (SA, TCSM, CA, or similar). Ability to translate complex technical concepts into digestible learning experiences. Demonstrated ability to build structured, scalable enablement programs. Strong cross-functional stakeholder management experience. Proven experience operating autonomously and owning program strategy, content creation, and outcomes. Familiarity with observability, cloud-native architectures, OpenTelemetry, tracing, metrics, and logs. Proficiency with learning delivery tooling (LMS, CMS). Ability to measure and communicate enablement program impact through data.
