Requirements:
5+ years experience in technical enablement, field readiness, or technical program management in SaaS or developer-tools. Background in a customer-facing technical role (SA, TCSM, CA, or similar). Ability to translate complex technical concepts into digestible learning experiences. Demonstrated ability to build structured, scalable enablement programs. Strong cross-functional stakeholder management experience. Proven experience operating autonomously and owning program strategy, content creation, and outcomes. Familiarity with observability, cloud-native architectures, OpenTelemetry, tracing, metrics, and logs. Proficiency with learning delivery tooling (LMS, CMS). Ability to measure and communicate enablement program impact through data.
Responsibilities:
Own strategy, design, and execution of technical field enablement programs. Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses for technical field roles. Build and maintain high-quality technical enablement content. Partner with Product, Engineering, and PMM for product readiness. Drive global alignment and consistency for enablement initiatives. Define, track, and report on enablement effectiveness using metrics. Maintain relationships with field engineering leadership and stakeholders.
