Requirements:
10+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, sales, or customer success 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing global or multi-regional teams 2+ years of second-line leadership experience, leading managers and scaling teams across geographies Proven success leading high-performing renewals or account management teams in a scaled, matrixed environment Experience leading large, globally distributed teams (20+ team members across multiple regions) Strong analytical and operational mindset with demonstrated success forecasting and managing recurring revenue Hands-on experience using Figma (added plus)
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of Regional Renewals Managers and Specialists across global markets Define and implement the global renewals strategy across all regions and customer segments Establish and communicate clear OKRs and success metrics Lead global forecast cadence and business reviews for all renewal activity Drive accountability for gross retention, net retention, and renewal execution Collaborate with regional Sales and CS leadership on account strategy Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic and complex renewals Build scalable processes, enablement programs, and tooling
