Requirements:
Proven experience in a high-volume sales and/or service environment. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to client questions. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organization. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools. Highly motivated with a desire to have a successful career in sports sales. Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Manage the sales cycle including needs assessments, presentations, and objection handling. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Develop deep product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends. Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product development teams. Participate in training and provide feedback for sales process improvement.
