1+ years of outbound SDR or cold calling experience in a B2B environment. Proven success in high-volume calling roles (80+ calls/day). Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo). Comfortable with rejection and resilient in hitting KPIs. Goal-driven, proactive, and highly coachable. Experience in SaaS, tech, or agency sales is a strong plus.
