Technical Project Manager

Bachelor's degree; at least 8+ years of directly related experience OR Master's degree; at least 5+ years of directly related experience. Experience on technical aspects of development and ability to articulate technical/project issues effectively. Expertise in using Agile methodologies. Strong skills on Cloud technologies (AWS or PCF). Responsible for ensuring Scrum Team follows Scrum practices and Agile Values. Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful, Microservices, Nodejs, Java Script Architecture, Design and Solutioning Web Applications. Must have Scrum Master Certification. Agile and DevOps background. Excellent Communication Skills. Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills. Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. PMP certified.

Manage project portfolios, monitor progress, and adjust schedules/budgets. Manage budget activities for service delivery and projects. Drive improvements in technology, process, and data. Establish and implement organizational goals and strategic plans. Provide strategic advice and recommendations to leadership. Analyze, design, document, and implement internal reporting systems. Provide technical and functional guidance for projects. Report project status to internal and external stakeholders. Track progress of deliverables related to client contracts and product roadmaps. Engage with teams on Compliance documentation. Ensure projects are executed within time and quality standards. Play a role of Architect and define Architectural blueprint for large scale migration projects. Migrate Java applications to a Cloud based solution using Microservices, Spring Boot. Define and implement various architectural and design patterns. Provide solutions by designing and developing reusable classes. Understand code and resolve technical issues.
