Requirements:
4–8 years mixing hands-on development with technical leadership/TPM experience. Fluent in TypeScript/React, Python/Node.js; REST/gRPC; async jobs and streaming outputs. Azure orchestration: Azure Functions Durable, Azure Container Apps, Queues/Event Grid, KEDA. Azure data: Azure Blob/ADLS Gen2, Azure AI Search (vector), SQL/CosmosDB, Redis. Azure observability: App Insights, Azure Monitor, OpenTelemetry. AI/ML familiarity: Multi-model orchestration, RAG pipelines, embeddings, retrieval strategies, structured generation, tool-calling/MCP. Tools and workflow: Daily user of AI assistants and automation tools. Excellence in Jira, Confluence, Git workflows. Strong async remote communication (US shift).
Responsibilities:
Write production code daily across TypeScript/React, Python/Node.js. Implement and optimize backend services and Azure workflows. Operationalize RAG pipelines. Standardize tool-calling for EHR/EMR, scheduling/communications, and internal APIs. Build test harnesses, quality gates, and evaluation suites. Perform DevOps tasks including CI/CD, IaC, and observability. Translate product vision into executable roadmaps. Operate a GA-ready Azure stack for orchestration, retries, and scaling. Implement resilience patterns. Manage performance for interactive and batch workflows. Handle governance and vendor boundaries. Facilitate problem-solving conversations and decisions. Bridge technical and business stakeholders. Create psychological safety and run async-friendly rituals. Contribute to hiring calibration.
