Started out as a developer and later moved into customer-facing or solution roles Strong understanding of software platform architectures, API integrations, and data workflows Ability to read between the lines — troubleshoot, isolate, and articulate technical issues Empathetic communicator with a calm, composed, and customer-first mindset Experience working with enterprise clients in SaaS / AI-based platforms preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exposure to Python, NodeJS, Backend Development, Android Development, SQL, Postman, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Full understanding of the product technical architecture Own the customer relationship post-go-live Work hand-in-hand with clients to understand their business processes, map technical workflows, and ensure seamless adoption of our platform Dive deep into platform architecture, APIs, and integrations to diagnose issues and translate them into actionable insights Simplify complexity and explain technical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to deliver proactive solutions Handle escalations with patience and professionalism Continuously analyze usage data and help customers derive maximum ROI from the platform
