Requirements
- Started out as a developer and later moved into customer-facing or solution roles
- Strong understanding of software platform architectures, API integrations, and data workflows
- Ability to read between the lines — troubleshoot, isolate, and articulate technical issues
- Empathetic communicator with a calm, composed, and customer-first mindset
- Experience working with enterprise clients in SaaS / AI-based platforms preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to Python, NodeJS, Backend Development, Android Development, SQL, Postman, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Responsibilities
- Full understanding of the product technical architecture
- Own the customer relationship post-go-live
- Work hand-in-hand with clients to understand their business processes, map technical workflows, and ensure seamless adoption of our platform
- Dive deep into platform architecture, APIs, and integrations to diagnose issues and translate them into actionable insights
- Simplify complexity and explain technical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to deliver proactive solutions
- Handle escalations with patience and professionalism
- Continuously analyze usage data and help customers derive maximum ROI from the platform
