Started out as a developer and later moved into customer-facing or solution roles Strong understanding of software platform architectures, API integrations, and data workflows Ability to read between the lines — troubleshoot, isolate, and articulate technical issues Empathetic communicator with a calm, composed, and customer-first mindset Experience working with enterprise clients in SaaS / AI-based platforms preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exposure to Python, NodeJS, Backend Development, Android Development, SQL, Postman, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
