Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience in container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Must hold or obtain CKAD certification within 6 months of joining.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding to connect customer clusters to CAST AI within 90 days.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact and advisor for assigned customers.
- Orchestrate internal resources to achieve customer success and resolve escalations.
- Drive the renewal process in partnership with the account team.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly FinOps business reviews to demonstrate value, cost savings, and product innovation.
