Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a closely related technical delivery discipline.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex products and engage credibly with engineers.
- Demonstrated ability to earn the respect of engineering teams through structured execution and decision-making.
- Expert proficiency with Azure DevOps, including backlogs, boards, and program management workflows.
- Proven experience managing deadline-driven programs involving multiple stakeholder groups.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, documentation, and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines simultaneously.
- Experience working in a SaaS or cloud platform environment is highly desirable.
- Exposure to release management, product operations, or technical writing is an advantage.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of major cloud platform initiatives, including new product experiences, customer rollouts, and migrations.
- Partner with Customer Success teams and customers to sequence activities, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.
- Coordinate across engineering, services, and leadership to keep programs aligned with timelines and priorities.
- Build and communicate a clear product and program roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Gather and structure product requirements from services teams and customers to ensure engineering clarity.
- Secure leadership approvals and decisions to provide teams with necessary execution authorization.
- Maintain release notes and documentation including known limitations and risks.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and publish regular leadership reports on delivery and priorities.
