Requirements
- 5–6 years of proven Sales or Business Development experience within the OTA, travel technology, or closely related travel industry.
- Demonstrated success acquiring B2B partners or travel agents in the Indian market.
- Strong existing professional network among Indian OTAs, travel agencies, Travel Management Companies (TMCs), or related travel businesses.
- Experience managing the full B2B sales and partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, onboarding, and activation.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Commercially driven mindset with a proven ability to work toward acquisition, GMV, revenue, and growth targets.
- Strong market awareness and ability to identify trends and new business opportunities.
- Prior exposure to the GCC or broader MENA travel market is an advantage.
- Existing relationships with attraction operators or Destination Management Companies (DMCs) are a plus.
- Experience selling SaaS or technology platforms is desirable.
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- A Master's degree or equivalent higher education is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, pitch, and onboard travel agents, OTAs, corporate travel managers, and other B2B partners across India.
- Develop and manage strategic business relationships across key GCC markets, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
- Own partner acquisition targets and contribute directly to GMV and revenue growth.
- Manage the complete partner onboarding journey, including commercial discussions, contracts, training, platform integration, and activation.
- Develop and strengthen existing partner accounts in India to increase engagement, retention, and commercial value.
- Build a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activity, sharing actionable insights with regional leadership.
- Represent the business at relevant travel-industry events, trade forums, and networking opportunities in India.
- Work closely with Product and Operations teams to resolve partner challenges, improve platform adoption, and enhance the overall partner experience.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and continuously expand the partner network across assigned markets.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, accounts, activities, and commercial progress while working independently toward agreed targets.
