Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in community management and community service ownership.
  • 8+ years experience managing multi-stakeholder groups with staff, partner organizations, and volunteers.
  • Proven track record of positive impact on large, complex projects and delivering results.
  • Strong program management skills including prioritization, planning, facilitation, and decision-making.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills and executive presentation experience.
  • Ability to influence and build rapport with distributed, culturally diverse teams.
  • Commitment to and experience in creating a culture of equity, inclusion, and diversity.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage big-picture objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of planning, coordination, and execution of request intake programs across teams and departments.
  • Track, support, and enable teams to deliver meaningful impact; establish clear metrics and/or milestones to measure success.
  • Facilitate and improve team practices, workflows, and processes at a wishlist program level.
  • Support community organizations to implement related programming to expand reach with target audiences.
  • Manage budgets and resources for intake activities, including contracting and managing external vendors and consultants.
  • Maintain strong documentation and transparent reporting structures to ensure stakeholder visibility.
  • Communicate the overall vision and direction of the portfolio to various stakeholder audiences.
