Requirements
- Proven experience owning a product area end-to-end, from strategy through discovery, delivery, and launch.
- Ability to articulate product decisions in terms of business growth, revenue, retention, and customer trust.
- Experience running continuous discovery and distilling enterprise customer needs into phased roadmaps.
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to articulate trade-offs and manage capacity constraints.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence cross-functional partners like engineering, design, and GTM.
- A track record of setting a high craft bar and providing specific, useful feedback to peers.
- A clear desire and potential to move from an individual leadership role into managing a team.
- Experience staying current with product management best practices and experimenting with new methodologies.
- Comfort and calm under uncertainty, with a commitment to owning outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Customer Portal area, tied explicitly to Veriff's commercial model and revenue drivers.
- Run disciplined, continuous discovery with customers, and translate it into well-defined problem statements and a sequenced roadmap.
- Make transparent prioritisation and trade-off calls across product ambition, technical sustainability and business urgency.
- Define success metrics before building, and hold the team accountable to outcomes, not output.
- Partner as a credible peer to Engineering, GTM, Fraud Ops and Design to turn internal expertise into a customer-facing product.
- Own launch as a discipline from the start, including internal platform releases and external GTM.
- Set and uphold the product-craft bar, mentor PMs, and build/lead the team.
- Champion AI internally, implementing new best practices for product discovery and delivery.
