Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing, building, and managing automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation, RPA, or scripting.
- Proficiency with at least one leading automation platform, such as UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate (UiPath Studio experience preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, or cycle times.
- Experience partnering with internal engineering teams for technical solution delivery.
- Experience managing external technology vendors, including selection and relationship management.
- Familiarity with AI-supported solutions and their application in business process improvement.
- Strong technical program management skills including risk, dependency, and delivery execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in regulated or high-scale environments such as fintech or healthcare is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess automation and process-improvement opportunities with high operational impact.
- Lead structured discovery sessions to translate business pain points into actionable requirements.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of initiatives, balancing quick wins with long-term transformation.
- Coordinate delivery across engineering, data, security, product, and external vendors.
- Design and implement a self-service intake process for evaluating automation ideas based on ROI and feasibility.
- Define and track key performance indicators including cycle-time improvements and cost reduction.
- Manage vendor relationships including selection, performance monitoring, and collaboration.
- Monitor emerging AI and automation technologies to recommend new productivity-enhancing approaches.
