Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 8+ years of technical program/project management experience in software organizations.
- 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
- Proven track record leading multiple concurrent, complex, cross-functional technical programs.
- Strong understanding of relevant technologies, software development methodologies, and processes (S-SDLC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaling delivery practices across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, set direction, and drive accountability.
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop a team of Technical Program Managers through coaching, mentorship, and career growth support.
- Own the portfolio-level strategy for technical programs, ensuring alignment with company-wide priorities and roadmaps.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business leadership to define program goals, success metrics, and delivery timelines.
- Identify systemic risks and cross-program dependencies and drive resolution at the organizational level.
- Establish and evolve program management standards, tools, and best practices across the team.
- Represent the technical program management function in leadership and executive forums.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
- Lead through ambiguity, translating broad strategic goals into structured, executable programs.
