Requirements
- 7-11 years of software integration project experience at a SaaS company or top-tier systems integration firm.
- Experience delivering complex, cross-functional implementations for large enterprise customers (ACV of $500K+).
- Proven experience as a primary customer-facing point of contact designing and deploying solution architecture.
- Experience working with globally dispersed customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency with Agile software development methodologies and cloud-based B2B implementations.
- Strong proficiency in using project management tools such as Wrike, Smartsheets, or Jira.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing less experienced team members.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end implementation of large, complex utility engagements from onboarding to launch.
- Act as the primary customer-facing lead, managing stakeholder relationships and serving as an internal advocate.
- Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, budgeting, and margin management.
- Drive solution design, requirement analysis, and delivery, collaborating with internal global engineering teams and external partners.
- Produce technical and product documentation to define customer requirements and solution architecture.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance to the Customer Onboarding team.
- Develop internal processes and implementation tooling to enhance delivery quality and speed.
