Requirements:
1+ years in a Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or related role, preferably in a SaaS environment. Proven ability to effectively manage a pipeline with consistent performance against various sales metrics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations. Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical terms. Demonstrated experience handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries. Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability in building customer relationships. Experience with 1Password or other password managers (preferred). Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight etc. or related (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Oversee a large portfolio of clients, supporting admins and owners. Help drive relevant messaging to large groups of customers. Respond to customers needing human intervention for driving deployment or adoption. Foster and nurture client needs, leveraging internal subject matter experts. Proactively engage clients to assess customer experience and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely addressing of needs. Share client feedback and requirements with cross-functional teams. Monitor metrics and KPIs and take action on observed trends. Utilize Salesforce to manage, track, and report sales activities.
