Requirements:
2+ years of Sales Development / Lead generation and or sales experience in B2B environments, especially in the software industry. Cold calling experience. Salesforce, Gong, Outreach and 6sense experience a plus. Enterprise/Key Accounts Outbound experience a plus. Highly collaborative mindset. Willingness to talk on the phone and on video with prospects. Ability to work at a fast pace. Previous Healthcare experience a plus. Goal-oriented mindset. Creativity around new ideas. Autonomy and ability to make things happen without supervision. Keen interest in growing their career in tech. Excellent listening, verbal and written skills.
Responsibilities:
Perform inbound & outbound sales activities. Contact potential clients through phone/video calls, emails, LinkedIn or other channels. Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/messaging. Qualify customers based on knowledge of Vonage API platform products. Keep detailed notes updated in the CRM system. Schedule meetings and demos for Account Managers. Collaborate with marketing, account managers, and sales leadership. Achieve monthly targets for qualified appointments and new sales opportunities. Develop and maintain territory plan with Account Managers. Support Vonage API marketing efforts.
