2+ years of Sales Development / Lead generation and or sales experience in B2B environments, especially in the software industry. Cold calling experience. Salesforce, Gong, Outreach and 6sense experience a plus. Enterprise/Key Accounts Outbound experience a plus. Highly collaborative mindset. Willingness to talk on the phone and on video with prospects. Ability to work at a fast pace. Previous Healthcare experience a plus. Goal-oriented mindset. Creativity around new ideas. Autonomy and ability to make things happen without supervision. Keen interest in growing their career in tech. Excellent listening, verbal and written skills.
