At least 10 years of relevant experience (business development, strategic partnerships, legal tech) at a SaaS or technology company, inclusive of any related post-graduate work (e.g., MBA, MS). At least 5 years of experience in creating and developing tech channel partnerships with services-focused partners. Knowledge of channel and service provider ecosystems. Ability to lead teams to design and grow channel partner ecosystems, including SaaS channel and enterprise solutions partnerships. Experience in developing and closing high-impact strategic partnerships. Excellent business acumen and skills in structuring, negotiating, and closing partnership deals. Experience developing and managing complex partnering relationships. Growth mindset with the ability to build and grow partnerships, capabilities, and joint businesses.
