Requirements:
7+ years of B2B and/or B2G marketing experience with regional ownership. Proven track record in demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and partner marketing. Experience building and executing marketing strategies in regulated industries (defense, intelligence, security, critical infrastructure). Strong ability to align marketing strategy with sales objectives. Skilled at working with ecosystem partners. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong project management and leadership skills. Data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools. Highly adaptable to changing priorities and market dynamics. Willingness to travel (c.20-30%) and operate across time zones. Must be U.S. citizens and eligible to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
Responsibilities:
Define and own US Public Sector and Enterprise marketing strategy aligned with sales priorities. Manage regional marketing plans and budgets. Build and scale partner marketing programs. Develop joint campaigns and sales/partner enablement content. Oversee ABM and demand generation programs. Drive pipeline growth and conversion in named accounts. Set strategy for regional events. Define regional messaging and proof points. Collaborate with Content Marketing to develop regional content. Analyze market trends and competitive positioning. Measure and enhance performance of regional marketing programs. Report regularly on regional performance.
