Requirements:
Minimum of 7-10 years field sales experience in Channel or direct sales capacity in North America Demonstrated repeated success leading partner engagement plans to consistently exceed revenue targets Knowledge of the sales cycle, process and methods that apply to the partner sales process and a joint go to market strategy Strong analytical skills with ability to manage Salesforce reporting, pipeline management Ability to travel if needed Ability and/or willingness to use our product
Responsibilities:
Manages named partners in North America region to assist sales team in meeting and exceeding business targets, inclusive of Regional SI’s, GSI’s, Resellers Selectively recruits, onboards and develops partners in assigned territory Executes go to market plans with managed partners, runs account mapping sessions, oversees onboarding, pipeline development & marketing plans Articulates the Camunda vision, technology and value proposition to current and prospective partners Partners with sales and sales leadership on driving effective collaboration in sales engagements with partners
