Sr. Technical Enablement Program Manager, Product

5+ years proven experience in Product Enablement, Technical Training, or Program/Project Management. Advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles, architecture, and industry concepts. Demonstrated experience owning and driving New Product Introduction (NPI) enablement. Exceptional program management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects. Strong understanding of translating technical product information into field-consumable materials. Exceptional collaboration skills with Product Management, Product Marketing, Content Teams, and Field Leadership.

Own the New Product Introduction (NPI) enablement lifecycle and major feature releases. Translate deep technical details into actionable enablement requirements for the field. Create and maintain product enablement toolkits including competitive positioning and knowledge guides. Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Field Enablement to align on timelines and success metrics. Manage the lifecycle of foundational product materials, ensuring they are current and competitive. Serve as a liaison between the Field Enablement team and the Content Creation/LXD team. Initiate and manage projects to revamp underperforming or stale content assets. Ensure NPI and refreshed assets are packaged and delivered in a role-specific format. Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and use data for continuous improvement.
