5+ years of experience as a technical program manager, or related experience Track record of leading and delivering complex multi-year initiatives Understanding of cloud architectures, DevOps, and systems engineering principles Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Successfully influencing executive leadership Ability to drive strategic vision by analyzing organizational context Demonstrated experience in creating and driving efficient scalable processes Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Identify, scope, champion, and land key strategic projects Drive key strategic initiatives with technical domain owners Translate strategic ideas into execution plans and drive to completion Influence product roadmap during annual & quarterly planning Work cross functionally with Engineering, Security, Data Science, and Product Define new processes from ground up to streamline collaboration Build effective and transparent communication channels Own the success of high-impact programs Create and institutionalize best practices, tools, and methodologies
