Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, accounting, or related field Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related resource management role Experience working in a professional services environment preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems quickly Self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision, and proactive in problem-solving Excellent English verbal communication and writing skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret scheduling data and identify trends Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong familiarity with scheduling and project management tools — Asana, Forecast, and Harvest
Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of the firm’s project and resource scheduling Coordinate and monitor project assignments to ensure proper allocation of team resources Update schedules in real time as priorities shift and projects evolve Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to confirm staffing needs, availability, and timing Assist with analyzing utilization, capacity, and scheduling reports Identify and flag scheduling conflicts, workload imbalances, or timeline risks early Assist with data accuracy, reporting, and analytics related to scheduling Communicate scheduling updates to stakeholders clearly and promptly Provide administrative support for operational initiatives as needed
