Care Operations Scheduling Lead

Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, medical records management, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2+ year experience in analysis, administrative or operations roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and solve problems creatively. Commitment to going above and beyond for families. Comfortable with dynamic responsibilities and cross-functional support. Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Hands-on experience navigating Google Drive and other cloud-based tools for document management and communication.

Manage patient documents and ensure timely, accurate distribution of medical records. Serve as the primary contact for communication with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities. Request and follow up on medical records, diagnostic reports, and imaging studies via calls and emails. Support families in scheduling visits and coordinating care delivery processes. Build meaningful relationships with parents as part of the support team. Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure a seamless Abby Care experience.
