Lead the full sales lifecycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and nurturing long-term relationships. Cultivate strong relationships with key agency partners and travel advisors. Assist with onboarding and training efforts for new travel advisors. Serve as a primary point of contact for key accounts, handling escalations and ensuring client satisfaction. Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and advocate for product enhancements. Represent Project Expedition at industry events, client meetings, and conferences, requiring approximately one week of travel per month.
