Requirements:
3-6+ years in mobile gaming (publishing, UA, BD, product, partnerships, growth). Established relationships and knowledge of where to find high-quality developer talent. Deep understanding of retention, LTV, monetization, and CPI dynamics. Ability to assess game potential quickly. Ability to design scalable BD funnels, qualification frameworks, and sourcing strategies. Clear and confident communication skills, comfortable leading conversations with founders and senior teams. Analytical decision-making based on structure, data, and long-term value. Ability to thrive in lean environments, move fast, and take full ownership.
Responsibilities:
Own the sourcing strategy for studios and games across regions and genres. Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality funnel of studios and games. Set up scalable outreach processes. Represent Appodeal at conferences and industry events. Oversee inbound funnel and conduct intro/demo calls. Collect necessary documentation from developers. Establish and refine lead scoring frameworks. Perform advanced assessments of gameplay potential and commercial viability. Prepare internal opportunity briefs with recommendations. Maintain and improve a shared database of leads. Own the Accelerator BD pipeline end-to-end. Lead weekly triage and funnel meetings. Track funnel metrics and refine processes. Build high-trust relationships with founders and producers. Articulate Accelerator expectations, KPIs, and value proposition. Negotiate partnership terms. Shape proposals for strategic deals. Oversee IO preparation and coordinate with Legal. Ensure developers complete onboarding and integration efficiently. Drive alignment with internal teams (Publishing, UA, Creative, etc.). Ensure clean and structured handovers with clear expectations. Track and interpret trends in genres, creative strategies, and developer ecosystems. Generate insights to shape sourcing priorities and greenlight logic. Recommend improvements to testing frameworks and BD tooling.
