Requirements:
3+ years full cycle recruiting experience, including technical and professional roles. Fluent in English (written & spoken). Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates. Experience managing an ATS, ideally Greenhouse. Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication. Reliable internet and home office setup. Ability to work overlapping hours with US East Coast.
Responsibilities:
Conduct full cycle recruiting for technical and HR/workforce roles. Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools. Manage Greenhouse ATS workflows and maintain candidate data. Create compelling job postings and outreach messaging. Draft scorecards and interview plans. Produce weekly hiring reports. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements. Support payroll/contract hires and manage vendor relationships. Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
