Own end-to-end recruiting delivery for assigned EMEA requisitions Manage a diverse portfolio of roles across technical, engineering, operations, corporate, and leadership functions Drive proactive sourcing strategies across EMEA markets Manage interview processes, feedback loops, and candidate communications Lead offer processes, including compensation discussions Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers Lead structured intake meetings Provide updates on pipeline health, risks, and recommendations Develop and maintain a strong understanding of EMEA labor markets Advise on country-specific hiring considerations Support hiring in established and emerging EMEA markets Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Greenhouse) Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes Partner closely with global TA peers, HR Partners and other XFN teams Contribute to global recruiting initiatives, playbooks, and process improvements Support employer branding and referral efforts within the EMEA region
