Requirements:
5+ years of progressive experience in sales 5+ years in a sales leadership/management capacity Proven track record of managing a sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets in a high-volume, transactional sales environment Demonstrated experience in regional sales management, including ownership of a regional forecast and sophisticated business reporting. Strong coaching and people development skills Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field is preferred
Responsibilities:
Manage weekly and monthly forecast submission for the EMEA High Velocity team. Oversee AE pipeline coverage, deal stage hygiene, and close dates for forecast accuracy. Serve as the primary point of contact for deal escalations. Ensure team's adherence to sales processes, CRM hygiene, and company policies. Provide daily, hands-on coaching and mentoring to Account Executives. Set clear expectations and monitor individual AE performance against quotas. Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of sales talent. Oversee onboarding and continuous training of new Account Executives. Foster a motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture.
