Manage weekly and monthly forecast submission for the EMEA High Velocity team. Oversee AE pipeline coverage, deal stage hygiene, and close dates for forecast accuracy. Serve as the primary point of contact for deal escalations. Ensure team's adherence to sales processes, CRM hygiene, and company policies. Provide daily, hands-on coaching and mentoring to Account Executives. Set clear expectations and monitor individual AE performance against quotas. Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of sales talent. Oversee onboarding and continuous training of new Account Executives. Foster a motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture.
