Requirements:
5+ years of demonstrated experience in a quota-carrying, closing sales role within a B2B SaaS environment. Proven track record of success in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment with short sales cycles. Experience as a dedicated sales hunter focused on new logo acquisition and outbound sales. Experience closing deals with SMB-Mid-market clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in both [Language] and English (written and verbally) is mandatory. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., SFDC) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Clari). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Generate and nurture pipeline through prospecting and engagement. Drive full sales cycle from qualification to closing deals. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and client interaction records in SFDC and Clari. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales leadership. Maintain strong understanding of industry trends and MariaDB's solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
