Requirements
- Pre Sales Solution consulting, and / or other consulting experience.
- Consultancy and / or sales experience with global payroll processes and systems.
- Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS.
- Deep experience and knowledge of contractor management tools, Employer of Record, Global Payroll, or HRIS is highly desirable.
- A very good understanding of sales cycles and sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Team player.
- Flexible and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in payroll (e.g. CIPP, CIPM (UK) or EMEA equivalent) are considered a plus.
- Knowledge or familiarity of payroll accounting, and payroll accounting software is also considered a plus.
- Writes and speaks fluent English; additional fluency in German or French considered a plus.
- 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Payroll sellers to define and execute the sales strategy.
- Be a Global Payroll subject matter expert.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Remote’s Global Payroll.
- Develop and iterate on playbooks and materials for the sales cycle.
- Understand customer business needs and translate them into implementation scopes.
- Enable solutions consulting and sales teams on the Global Payroll solution.
- Provide feedback to Product teams.
