Requirements

  • Pre Sales Solution consulting, and / or other consulting experience.
  • Consultancy and / or sales experience with global payroll processes and systems.
  • Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS.
  • Deep experience and knowledge of contractor management tools, Employer of Record, Global Payroll, or HRIS is highly desirable.
  • A very good understanding of sales cycles and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Team player.
  • Flexible and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications in payroll (e.g. CIPP, CIPM (UK) or EMEA equivalent) are considered a plus.
  • Knowledge or familiarity of payroll accounting, and payroll accounting software is also considered a plus.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English; additional fluency in German or French considered a plus.
  • 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Payroll sellers to define and execute the sales strategy.
  • Be a Global Payroll subject matter expert.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Remote’s Global Payroll.
  • Develop and iterate on playbooks and materials for the sales cycle.
  • Understand customer business needs and translate them into implementation scopes.
  • Enable solutions consulting and sales teams on the Global Payroll solution.
  • Provide feedback to Product teams.
