Requirements:
Degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources or a related field. Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn and other talent platforms. Comfort using data and ATS tools.
Responsibilities:
Owning the end-to-end hiring process from outreach to offer negotiation. Actively sourcing and identifying top talent across various platforms. Enhancing the candidate experience through interview coordination and communication. Conducting structured interviews and facilitating debrief sessions. Partnering with hiring managers to align on role requirements. Leveraging data and analytics to track pipeline health and recommend improvements. Supporting administrative tasks related to recruitment.
