Requirements:
6-9 years of marketing experience in fast-paced, scaling B2B environments Experience spanning product marketing, field, or integrated campaign roles supporting enterprise sales motions. Strategic Operator: Thinks in systems to connect positioning, pipeline, and process into cohesive GTM plans. Sales-Aligned Marketer: Energized by partnership with Sales and building marketing strategies that influence pipeline, deals, and revenue. Cross-Functional Orchestrator: Leads through influence, driving clarity, coordination, and accountability across teams. Analytical and Adaptive: Combines data-driven decision making with the ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities. Strong Communicator: Translates complexity into clear, persuasive narratives for technical and executive audiences.
Responsibilities:
Lead growth strategy and GTM orchestration for all sales-aligned marketing efforts. Drive campaigns and programs that create pipeline and accelerate enterprise deals. Partner with Sales leadership and RevOps to define shared growth goals, establish attribution baselines, and operationalize marketing contributions. Develop and run integrated campaigns blending content, digital, partner, and field activities. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to adapt product narratives into commercially focused messaging. Work hand-in-hand with Field Marketing to translate campaigns into regional and executive engagement strategies. Own partner marketing strategy, including co-marketing programs and partner enablement assets. Drive accountability and alignment across Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Partnerships. Measure and communicate impact through campaign analytics, adoption metrics, and revenue influence dashboards.
