Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required. Proven experience in effectively prioritizing workload. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Willingness to learn, self-motivated, and a great team player. Comfortable with change and uncertainty in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a metric-driven environment. MacOS and G-Workspace knowledge is a plus. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications.
Responsibilities:
Generate, advance, and close sales opportunities through proactive outreach. Close sales by recommending tailored solutions to customers. Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily. Provide a consultative, value-based customer experience. Implement feedback from coaching sessions. Maintain accurate notes in Salesforce and TalkDesk. Build product and industry knowledge. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets. Uphold high call quality.
