Lead, motivate, and develop a regional team of outbound sales agents. Build a culture of accountability and high performance. Monitor sales KPIs and productivity dashboards to identify trends and drive action plans. Conduct call audits and coaching sessions to strengthen agent skills. Design, refine, and scale repeatable outbound sales processes. Own recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ramping new agents. Ensure operating discipline through structured activity management and coaching. Solve operational problems quickly and creatively. Partner closely with Provider Relations, Partnerships, Product, and Care Delivery teams. Pilot A/B testing for messaging and new channels. Translate frontline feedback into actionable insights for leadership. Report weekly and monthly performance results, forecasts, and growth opportunities.
