Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of leading high-performing outbound or inside sales teams (healthcare experience a plus but not required) Demonstrated success building scalable sales processes in a high-growth, high-pressure environment Proven ability to coach teams on outbound sales fundamentals Strong analytical skills Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop a regional team of outbound sales agents. Build a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement. Monitor daily sales, KPIs, and productivity dashboards. Conduct call audits, coaching sessions, and 1:1s. Design, refine, and scale repeatable outbound sales processes. Own recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ramping new agents. Ensure operating discipline through structured activity management. Solve operational problems creatively. Partner closely with Provider Relations, Partnerships, Product, and Care Delivery teams. Pilot A/B test messaging and new channels or workflows. Translate frontline feedback into actionable insights for leadership. Report weekly and monthly performance results, forecasts, and growth opportunities.
